At Virgin Active Lorraine, manager ignores people of colour. I was told my son can’t be upstairs, yet white members with kids were allowed without issue.

Left VA Red to go to Sunningdale VA. Bad mistake. Weights all over the show on floor. Members sitting on phones for 15 min not going a thing while we Waite. No weights put back. Members with 7 sets of weights around them and not using them or even replacing them. So frustrated. Cancelked after 3 days. R370 paid now not claimable in 5 day cooling off period!!!!!!
